I am truly, madly, deeply in love with pillows. Every piece of furniture I buy is white, tan, black or grey to accommodate this affliction. So when I saw the line Egg by Susan Lazar I didn't immediately think kiddie clothes. Instead I imagined the fabrics strewn across my black velvet couch with the corresponding fringe jauntily draped across the arm. I may have a problem.
Bhldn might be the answer to all my prayers. Anyone who knows me can tell you that I am no Martha Stewart. Instead I support the economy by purchasing copious goods made by all you crafty folks out there. Enter Anthropologie's new wedding centric site. These bright folks have gathered together a well edited assortment of items for MY next party. Let's call it the Enchanted Forest. Stay tuned. If it comes to fruition you can bet I'll be posting some pics.

Hello! It's Thursday and that means I get to steal Courtney's blog for a day and post about whatever I have been obsessing over this week (caveat: usually design-related).
First up: Have you seen any pictures of the Hotel Thoumiex in Paris? It was designed by India Mahdavi and the rooms are AMAZING. A perfect mix of tradition and quirkiness. Mr. Jonathan Adler would most definitely approve!
I'm planning a trip to Europe in the near future and this hotel definitely makes my shortlist! Would you stay there? Join me next Thursday at the Designery to discuss all things interior.
